Front Desk Coordinator

Brand Imaging Group is looking for a full time front desk coordinator. The candidate we choose will have a professional appearance, welcoming disposition with strong communication and interactive skills. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer the phone and operate the phone system in a professional and effective manner.
  • Scan, email and file documents, work orders, estimates, invoices, photos, etc., as needed.
  • Serve as first sales contact for new walk-in and telephone customers and understand the sales process enough to consult with customers to determine project needs, provide recommendations and quotes, and assist customers with order process.
  • Assist the sales team as needed; contacting customers when orders are ready for pickup, posting payments to customer accounts, labeling and mailing marketing materials and follow-up letters when requested)
  • Process outbound shipments; schedule LTL pick-ups, create package labels, bills of lading and all necessary related documentation. Update imported costs into POS system.
  • Input data, fax, mail, copy and file. Manage incoming fax/emails and redirect to appropriate staff member.
  • Support office director with reports, close-out, invoices, and daily, monthly and yearly paperwork.
  • Work on different projects simultaneously. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • 2+ years in customer service.
  • Experience in sign/print industry is preferred but not required.

  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly 

Sales Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop annual sales plan with Sales Manager/Owner, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a strategic, business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of all products and services as well as the demand for the products/services.
  • Enter orders into POS software.
  • Manage all internal and external processes for the accounts assigned. This includes identifying delays in the project and pulling it through the process to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a consistent and timely work flow on all projects assigned to you, a positive approach to team projects and goals, a great attitude that promotes a great work environment for all.
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved through appropriate procedures.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provided status reports as required.
  • Work with in-house coordinator to schedule all installations.
  • Work on different projects simultaneously.
  • Update and maintain client database and CRM.
  • Assist with and provide input for determining specifications for jobs.
  • Act as a liaison for the client to all other departments and management.
  • Ensure complete and accurate information is captured for all orders
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales; Business to Business preferred.
  • Experience in sign/print industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to achieve professional goals.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Ability to resolve problems, conflict and complex communications issues.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of emotions and frustrations in sales; emotional maturity and stability needed.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, project management and organizational skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
  • Requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license.

Customer Service Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as first sales contact for new walk-in and telephone customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries; determine sign needs, provide sign recommendations and quotes, and assist customers with the order process.
  • Process customer orders, accurately complete Work Orders, and obtain customer’s approval and payment.
  • Enter accurate contact information into database for future follow-up.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. Contact customer within 3-5 days of order to confirm customer satisfaction. If dissatisfied, determine concern and present solutions.
  • Obtain referrals; determine contact name and phone number and provide follow-up.
  • Support Office Director with reports, close-out, invoices, and daily, monthly, and yearly paperwork.
  • Work on different projects simultaneously.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • 2+ years in customer service.
  • Experience in sign/print industry is preferred but not required.
  • Problem solver.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.

Certified Graphic Installer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install full vehicle wraps, graphics and vinyl lettering; including but not limited to installation of graphic applications on all types of vehicles.
  • Install large-format graphics and hardware; including but not limited to window decals, wall murals, banners, fabric walls, frames. 
  • Travel to and from installation worksites, commercial vehicle and tools provided. Valid driver’s license required.
  • Be consistently aware of projects and due dates and communicate with appropriate team members regarding project progression.
  • Monitor quality of projects. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work site, whether on-location or in facility.
  • Perform all duties in a manner consistent with the spirit of teamwork.
  • Perform all additional tasks as required by management.
     

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Avery, Oracal or 3M Certification with at least one year of previous experience installing graphics.
  • Organized and able to solve problems without constant supervision. Willing to assume responsibility and act independently.
  • Ability to work overtime (weekend and evening hours) as required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and heights for installation purposes, including but not limited to stretching, bending, and climbing in outdoor and indoor environments.
     

LOCATION: 

This position will be primarily based in Nashville, TN, but installer may be required to travel on an as-needed basis.
